I like some of the additions that this adds to the Windows10 interface. But turning it all back to a 7 appearance is not for me.

True Customization as we came to love died with Win7. Time to move on, or stay back in the dark ages if you want a different look I guess.

Correction.
True NEED FOR Customization as we came to love died with Win7.
True NEED FOR A REVIVAL OF Customization as we came to love has returned with Win 8 and all beyond.
People weren't happy with the style and functionality of pre 7 or post 7 .... not entirely, anyway, hence the profound successes of Start 8 [and now 10]....

Sorry Jafo, I call BS on both counts.
Keeping people at Windows 7 look is NOT customization at all. Congratz to SD for capitalizing on the "need" (cough). I'm sure it put lots of $$ in the bank, but lets call it for what it is ok.. it is a UTILITY and nothing more.
No one has done a damn thing to CUSTOMIZE Win8/10 at all.

Again...if Win 10 cannot revert to a Win 7 interface on its own and Start 10 enables that then that is the simple definition of 'customize'.
Whether you personally want that interface or not is irrelevant as others do and are therefore 'customizing' their OS experience.
You may need to drag out a dictionary for the meaning of 'customize'...

Well, to tell you the truth, I just really don't like the extremely flat and boring interface of Windows 10, a child could have done that. The start menu is way too wide, even with small tiles, and I don't like the look. It is absolutely horrible on a small laptop also, way to big. I just don't find anything about Windows 10 useful, my Windows 7 boots up and opens apps faster than Windows 10 also.
Microsoft should have just improved Windows 7, left the interface alone, and never have released Windows 8/8.1 or Windows 10, a LOT of people would have been happier with that.
Start 10 helps a little, but I can't wait for a new SkinStudio and Windowblinds 10 to come out!

There will always be a group of people who do not like to see things change. Me, I say move forward!

I am using a blend of old and new. I don't mind change unless the only reason for the change is change.
