Of course, being the pain in the ass that I am, I do have two small problems I hope you can clear up.
My first is the Mail object. I see you have made it so the user may setup several different accounts. One, when I open the mail accounts (Main, Account1, Account 2, Account 3) I try to click the button to the right of those and nothing happens. This is where I'm confused. I know I can set the target myself to another client on my comp., but I thought the object was for POP 3 accounts. This is where I need clarification.
The other tiny problem I have is a redrawing problem on the desktop. When I have a window maximized and them minimize/close it, the desktp is cut up in some areas. I'll have to open the object browser window, or something similiar to fix it. If you need more info, or SS's then drop me an e-mail and I send'em your way.

As far as the other problem, I have not experienced this at all. I have had no problems with the redrawing. Send me a SS.
Sorry for the trouble. Seems every Theme I post has bugs, and I thought that this one was bug free. I have been working on it for weeks and have about 8 versions on my hard drive. I really wanted it to be perfect. Kind of got worried when I saw it only got 6 stars out of the gate. Email me with the SS's.

Down on the bottom, you will see three small silver buttons in the curls of the borders. They toggle the system tray and quick launch trays. If they aren't opening when you activate the theme, I would try to toggle them. Also, keep in mind that this theme was designed for a 1280x 1024 resolution.
