This works best when you have Objectdock installed because you can hide your taskbar and have running applications show on Objectdock. I also have my system tray icons on my Objectdock, you just have to change the icons to make them look right. Clicking on the "view" option will show and hide the taskbar and start menu.
This does not have all of the functionality of a real finderbar but it is functional and it at least has the look of the real thing, a bonus if you want to have your computer look like a mac. I may try to make it with more finderbar functionality and will update it when I do.
