It's a App to apply custom made shadows (shadows skins) to Windows 8 default theme. If you use WindowBlinds, the app will not apply the its shadows and will use the WindowBlinds skin shadows instead.

Pls, do update it for inactive window with less opacity. More color presets would be Awesome. Thank you VERY MUCH !!
