Glowdark, I don't know if I'm right, but I'd just copy the entire package into the folder of the skin (root folder) you want to change the icons of. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Open your WB configuration. On the left side under settings you will see my toolbars. Open that and you will see the toolbars (and animations in an animation section) for all the wbs you have. Check one of the options that apply to your preference and then apply the changes.

tried both 4letters and goodmorphings suggestions still wont install..oh well

er... I forgot to mention, download them, and open them just as you would a windowblind. They act the same way.
