I'm not sure that the presentation works well as a wallpaper. It feels out of proportion when actually run, and the picture feels like it just hovers on a lifeless background. Could you add some detail to the green to try and tie it in to the picture? What does the picture look like when not trimmed down?

The photo is only 1280x960, and is not trimmed down...my digital camera does not take the quality pics it once did ( a 7 year old Sony digital Mavica)... to compensate for the smaller size, and the quality of the photo ( which I worked on in photoshop)...I decided to *hang* it on a wall (the green part). The *wall* also serves as a good place to put icons. I fell, if I added more to the *wall* it would only look cluttered. I realize it is not for everyone. I really appreciate your taking the time to comment constructively, thank you!!

what a gorgeous backyard!!.....
I actually quite like walls....especially photographic, that are 'hung' like this or with borders.....draws the eye and is neat for icons/docks etc.....I'm doing one at the moment that has black borders because the cropped shape of the pic dictates it.....good to do something different....�

Thank you sydney!!!....it isn't in the in between seasons, then it is brown and in winter it is either brown or full of snow!!!
