Love the squiggly effect on the titlebar. and the titlebar buttons are great. The start menu is really well donr too. I love the "extension" (sort of) for the places menu. Exceptional design.

I like it, I like it EXCEPT.....The Start Menu items - Graphics are 'in the mouseover state' by default therefore no visual indication of where you're pointing. 2nd skin I've seen like this.

probably c:\program files\object desktop\windowblinds\NeoTao\
There should be a folder called extras that has user pictures and the wallpaper.

^^Gabriel: the skin looks nice and clean, though I would like to make a little question. Isin't the screenshot made to show the users the skin in action?. In my opinion the screenshot shows more the wallpaper then the actual skin.Please understand that my comment doesn't intend to put the skin down, but just an observation.

Well, in this case the wall is part of the skin zip, and I really liked the way the desktop looked all together... I figured that the screen shot conveyed the gist of the skin enough that people could tell if they were interested in it or not.

Excellent skin, the top window section (minimize, maximize, close) are brilliant. If the quick launch lost the "button" effect this would be one hell of a skin. As it stands now its just damn good

Very nice skin with one minor problem that's getting on my nerves 
The "select/unselect" buttons are impossible to see on webpages with a black background, if you click in the general vicinity of where you think the button will be then you can see it selected.. the hard part is finding the button in the first place.. hope you know what I mean.
If you could fix that part it'd be great, but yeah, as everyone has said, this is a very stylish quality skin.
