And in general in this case the concept of the copyright is inadequate. Simply you download a picture also have made the first on its basis skin

PlasTiX82, before i release a bootskin i make sure that i am permitted to use it....i always search in the net to find the authors....if i cant find the author that means that the image is free to do whatever u want with it.....most of the pictures i have permissions to use but i never put them in the bootskin....but really i should put them.....
