How the heck do you instal this? I put it in the folder specified and nothing happened... help me please

Love your Peace cursor.
But only one problem. You have it Up-side Down!
The Peace is is supposed to be a TREE. With the 3 points facing UP. The hippies in the 60ties made this mistake also.
If you put it right-side up, you'll be one of the first to put it correct as it should me.
The symbol as you have it, like many also have, means the OPPOSITE!! We dot want that..do we?? (
