Well,,I just rebooted and this theme did not show up on reboot.A large clock did,,maybe another skin,I dunno.It applied fine with a double click.The preview is not there either.Just went to reload it from WC.Again it applied correctly but still does not show up in the configuration panel.

Well, the problem might be rooted in your SysMetrix installation.

I made this skin using SysMetrix 1...You can try asking but I'm sure my skin will work in any versions.
Hopefully your problem will be resolved!
