The wallpaper is in the file. When you loaded the skin, the wallpaper would have loaded into a special Wallpapers file folder in your Windowblinds folder. If you enable WB to apply the skin wallpaper (under Settings in your WB config panel) it should automatically apply.

This is such a beautiful set of Blind and wallpaper. The progress bars look very out of place. They have a black background with a white-ish 'chunk'/handle. Is that correct, or is my Windowblind in need of a swift kick?
