That would be a WindowBlinds issue, not a skin issue. Did you try it with windowblinds unloaded?

Oh yes! Another nice skin color the wraparound effect is very impressive not to mention the per pixel borders & nice buttons I just like the whole skin really glad I purchased smooth comfortable recolors well as well & very usable I'm liking it a lot thanks Don please keep up the great work between you & Lightstar we are blessed with beautiful desktops totally awesome thanks
