not sure of what you're trying to say, is it the bootskin you don't need or the effort required to make it.
The image was obtained from nasa's website, they have tons of great space images & art on their site just waiting to be skinned.

no worries, this is a place for artists and those aspiring to be artists, I actually am an artist myself but I haven't scanned any of my work yet (mostly pencil & ink) to use in a bootskin, maybe some day. This place is for people who like customizing windows and changing it to suit your needs. Art is where you see it, you don't necessarily have to be an artist to produce beautiful works of art: example of this... mothers who give birth to children, the greatest works of art I have yet to witness.
