No vista globe or flag logo, the progress bar is an XP style progress bar, not vista style.
Don't get me wrong, I love vista themed bootskins, I just don't get what makes this a vista themed bootskin other than you including "vista" in the name of the bootskin itself?

1) Download the bootskin.
2) Go to where you saved the skin and rename to change the extension to .zip
3) Extract all files. *The index.ini will not extract since it is corrupted*
4) In the map where it is extracted create a new file and name it bootskin.ini
5) Type the following in the file: bootskin.ini (it is best to copy and paste)
[BootSkin]
Type=0
Name = "VistaDragon"
Author = "???? ??????? (Rahul29)"
Description = "2 Dragons in white,green,black"
ProgressBar=pb.bmp
ProgressBarX = 259
ProgressBarY = 450
ProgressBarWidth = 120
Screen=bg.bmp
6) save the file.
7) create a zip file from the files: bg.bmp pb.bmp bootskin.ini
8) change the extension of the just created zip file to .bootskin
9) install the bootskin like you normally would.
I can't garrantie that it will work, cause i can't change my bootscreen what soever, not even with the alternate versions, but the preview seems to work fine. I could be wrong a pixel or so on the progress bar, please bear with it, till the original creator uploads a fixed version.
I only did this because it seemed like such a great bootscreen, I apolegize if you feel I am being inconssiderate, rahul29.
Hope this helps some people
