How do I apply these to my computer? What programs? Windows XP will not allow me to apply this like most the other cursor sets.

Cyanidal, you 1st have to get CursorXP or CursorXP Plus in order to use the cursor set. You can get cursorxp at http://www.cursorxp.com or http://www.download.com

I have downloaded the CursorXP ,but every time what I have downloaded is a ZIP. why?I can't ues them to change my Cursor.Please help

If what you get are .zip files instead of .curxptheme files and only some .png files inside, you have to rename the .zip files to .curxptheme files.

Im not really sure why this is called World of Warcraft cursor since it doesn't resemble any cursor in the game?

I've gotta ask the same question as kupotek - they really aren't the same as the cursor in the game at all. Better, IMHO, but not even resembling.
