I mean this as positively as possible. Every so often comes a circular design that is "different". You have to realize that not much is new and different in here anymore when it comes to cursors. I think the idea is good with this cursor but usabilitywise it is lacking. Go through the CursorXP library and look for other circular cursors and how some were made usable and crisp. For example, one suggestion would be to make the original cursor much bigger so that users can make it smaller if they want to. It is ugly doing it the other way around since quality suffers. Another is to make the cursor crisper. The circle is too much of a blur at that size, or my eye-sight is deteriorating. If you look at the CXP library you'll notice that eye-candy cursors are bigger and minimalist cursors stick to very simple and crips designs. And finally, the concept and design is too much like Cursor_Ultim@te to call this a new cursor.
