ok its been 2 days since i submited the winstyles theme and it has failed to show up on the site, so im gonna try to make a windowsblinds skin (if i can figure out how to use it). Expect it some time in November

just in time for v3 (my 3rd retro dx theme released in a month, but im new to wincustomize and im a bit overwhelmed)
-instead of just making a windowsblinds skin, i made a winstyles theme. It includes retro v3, a DOS-based winamp skin, win xp green for cursorxp, and a logon made by myself. the windowsblinds skin, assimilated, is curteous of morpheus and mercury
