I live in Dallas GA, 30157. It says Acworth GA when I put in that zip code

It doesnt work. Their stands that that is an Windows Blinds Skin, but I cant open it with Windows Blinds. Can somebody help me? I have downloaded Desktop X and Theme Manager but it doesnt work with them. All the Desktop X Objects and SysMetrix doesnt work on my computer.

It does work fine But is only for use in the USA, for zip codes...what about us UKers?
