Don't know how, don't know why, but it turns all of my beautiful space black/astral blue png's into low quality, pure black/aqua things that look horrible. No "close" option when it is not in systray. Properties window does not appear when called from configure menu. All in all, a nice approach to docks, a worthy attempt, but ultimately discarded, at least until it is updated.

It was in moderation but now its available. Thanks Flyyboyy and skyzyk. Jedijax you can try change icon option. I've tested this on many computers and never encountered this problem. R-click on configure menu or properties menu and you will get close option. If you are using XP then you can try the gadget version. Thanks sViz.

Uhm... maybe I didn't make it clear before, good HAPTORK, but I'll try to rectify. I changed the icon option several times, and tested all of the icons I wanted to display, and they all kept looking in low-quality and with colors messed up. Now, as I mentioned before, once the systray icon has been removed via the options menu accessed by right-clicking on it, the only way to access configurtaon is through the main dock interface, but the properties window was not accesible even after re-starting the widget three times. On the other hand, yet again, once the systray icon is removed, there is no option to close the widget. This has also been pointed out by a previous poster. I followed your advise and downloaded the gadget version, but to my surprise, it didn't even start. I checked my running proccesses and applications through the task manager, and the thing seemed to be working, but it never showed on-screen. I closed it three times yet again, via proccesses and applications, and then restarted it, but still no joy. I will make one final test of both versions, and see what happens.

Ok, I have new data for you, my friend. I was never able to make the widget version work correctly. In this last test run I even had to put up with a Control Panel shortcut icon moving around , following the mouse pointer wherever it went. I had to trash-drop the thing again, and not a single one of the previously mentioned issues were fixed, regardless of my attempts. However, I found the gadget version to be a little more amiable this time. You see, the properties option not working in the widget version did work on this one, and I found a brand new menu I hadn't seen before, in which a "hue" option finally returned my icon png's to their default color. Anyway, I will keep tinkering with this one. Now, I am sorry if this all sounds like I am complaining and such, but I do so merely as to provide feedback to you, the author, as it may help you upgrade your existing work, or serve as reference for future projects.

Thanks a lot Jedijax for the feedback. You must be importing .ico files or is it happening with pngs too? As per your feedback, I will do it a update, add a close option and try to fix the problems of icons messing up.

drpastl, i am getting you completely. Is only my computer shortcut is not working or the gadget is not working? You can add your own shortcuts by simple drag and drop.
