Great set of icons but I'm having trouble with the icons changing in the control panel. I have the same trouble with the Apogee set. I'm running version 3.1 also.
Any ideas?

Yep, open the preview in IconPackage, view 'All Icons' and see the Icon count down the bottom (141 Icons).
