I'm running two different computers and still get the message "failed to load" SDCZip.dll. on each one! What's up?

Yes i got the same message i ended up right click on the link and save target as to download it. I then renamed champicons.ip to Champicons.zip and extracted the iconpackage then just placed the iconpackage in my themes folder. I think sdczip.dll is part of stardock central. Iconpackager 3.11 had no problems downloading new packages.
