Actually I think he has all of them stored in his garage and uses Brainiac's shrink ray on them. Incredibly realistic. I know my PS7 could not do it.

Uvah: Now I am not sure if PS7 already supports more then 100 layers, other then that, it could be done in PS7, since I didn't use any special effect or filter, just standard ones.

I don't know how you do this............. I think you must have a different Photoshop from the rest of us. I'm convinced that MY Photoshop couldn't do this
