Noticed a few problems; bottom panel set to false does not work, will be default size of 100 and white when false, for no bottom panel set size to
zero ( must not backspace all numbers out, must always have a value or will crash ). User account width needs % sign to show proper size. Setting
center panel to stretched distorts image. Use fixed and state size when upload.

Seeing that you had changed height for bottom and top panel and set colors I assume you wanted them to show. If so bottom must be at least 65 for
height or shutdown button and text will be chopped. False does work for top panel, not sure why it does not for bottom.
