I can't get it to load - do I need a certain version of LogonStudio XP?

No, it should use the standard LogonXP program. Are you using Vista? Because it won't work on Vista. Maybe you got a corrupted download? Delete it and try again.

After messing around with a number of other Logon skins - I realized that if I change the extension to zip I could open the file and then extract the files to their own directory under the LogonStudio directory. Then it worked. Very pretty logon - thank you.

Excellent. I was using the wallpaper, and I saw this. I'm gonna download the bootskin AND the logon!
