Its painted on ivory (with camel hair I believe) and has a very ornate gold mosaic frame. I agree, its a very beautiful genre
Thanks for the info on the font extractionanother way you can go about it is.... go to C: Program Files ....WinCustomize .....LogonStudio ......Persian musician....and copy the font from there. Will include better instructions for people unsure how to go about it next time though....the font can make quite a difference.
Thanks very much for your comment.....

Would have been great travelling through there in the 60's...(though they say if you remember the 60's...you weren't really there!!)
A small world indeed....Tashakur for your anecdote....

That's fascinating. Will have to pursue that string.
The logon is still very arresting when we boot up.
This AM I'd forgotten I'd changed it...
...it was amazing all over again.
Thanks!
If you ever get to the Taj Mahal in Agra, India
you'll be pleasantly surprised at the similarities
in the style and execution of details
watch out for those big reds!

[edit: works just fine but to copy the isadora font I had to download again and "Save As" a .zip instead of a .logonxp...just to let ayone else know how to get the font out and put it in their "Fonts" folder in Control Panel. Thanks, sydneysiders, anything of this genre is #1 by me! ]
[edit #2 : yep! that looks a lot better, and thanks for the font, too]
