I have vista and it works for me,just doesn't have the transparent middle part.Good job boss��

The file is Dimage.logonxp. You should be able to doubleclick it and it will load.
Sometimes Internet Explorer will change the extension to .zip.
You can either rename it from Dimage.zip back to Dimage.logonxp or unzip it and put the Dimage folder in C:\Program Files\Wincustomize\Logon Studio.
Then when you open Logon Studio it should appear in the list of logons.
