Are u looking for one with a device on it, or some sort of text?
Also I don't seem to be able to find an image for the Flash Encoder to base off of, is there an icon you could tell me about? Maybe if you could send me a pic of both the default icons and I can come up with something after that.

Oh, and you can either do the pics or text, whatever you think will go best with the other icons in the package....
