Good Sir,Im Excited to use this but find it hard to make it happen,Ive done steps 1-3 but having a hard time understanding steps 4-8..could you please help me,an specific explanation wold help..thanks

Having a problem, can't find C: \ Program Files \ RocketDock \ Docklets
I find C:\Program Files\Stardock. So I am not sure if I have to create folder.
Can u help me with a little more specifics.
