I experienced the same error 1 time as well, something about a central file server error.
I have resubmitted this skin, hopefully that will fix the error as well.

sorry for the trouble this has caused everyone,
there is something wrong with the zip file containing the rainy skin, I've recreated the zip file a few times already and re-uploaded the skin to the site but it doesn't seem to be working.

i havent downloaded it yet but from the screenshot and other user comments it seems to be pretty good
from the screenshot, it looks like like the action buttons on the title bar are the default ones from the Vista Basic theme though
once i get back to Windows ill probably dload it and check it out
