Armenia-Warrior Priestess
....In the Annuls of Time, there is always one born to lead, in the time of the Bengal Tiger....as so the prophecy reads....Into this land comes a warrior priestess called Armenia, born and raised in and on the battlefields of the Krul, a nomadic tribe that lay claim to no specific land, but where they move to, that land is theirs, they form no treaty or special pact with the tribes already on the land, it just is by right of force and skill on the battlefield....they have laid waste to hundreds of non-warlike tribes and the fiercest alike, they are like predators, the slightest weakness and they are in...they were the first to tame and train the beasts of the desert to do their bidding, whether it be to ride in to battle or beasts of burden, they learnt the value of the beasts long before any other tribe, maybe this is what made them so invincible....now the other conquered tribes are starting to integrate within the Krul, making it one of the biggest bodies of people on the plains...it is here we first hear of Armenia, she who wields the sword of flame, it is her anger it seems that ignites the golden blade, her passion for her people and the glorious rush of the battle horns, she is warrior born, knows no other life, but her father was clever, in her spare time he schooled her in the arts of diplomacy and politics....and so it was that Armenia, poised and beautiful as the Peregrine Falcon and just as intelligent and deadly rode into the prophecy, a prophecy that would change her life forever....she never stopped, making allies of the leaders of the tribes she had conquered, allies of the tribes she had yet to fight, that the Krul empire swayed backwards and forwards across the great plains with the sheer multitude of people within its ranks, new cities were being erected in her name, the villages became towns, all with running water and proper sewage, never had the Krul had it so good, and at the helm stood Armenia, born to lead her people into the history books, Armenia with her flaming sword....but with power comes the greed and the intricacies of the inner courts, where the Barons wanted more that even they could spend in a lifetime, their children's children could not spend, and so started, the downfall of Armenia and the Krul....the bitter infighting of the barons and the inner court and those loyal to Armenia eventually led to war....the valiant and the true rallied around Armenia and her banner of truth and freedom, but it was a pitiful few compared to the greedy and the petty, who could only barely see past their own land grants and their purses, if they had stood by Armenia, the whole of Europe would have been in their hands, and then what next, of course the world, but instead they destroyed her, the one great leader that the Krul had ever had, betrayed by greed and treason....the final battle took place at the arches of Vermides, where to this day you can still here the legend told of how Armenia at the head of her last Calvary of true and patriotic Krul, maybe numbering 7000 strong, rode headlong into battle against such superior odds, her Blue Banner of Truth blazing out behind her, her sword of strength swinging majestically in the air....to her death, as the legend goes no-one knows where at lies the sword, some say when the Prophecy's time is right, the sword will reappear, until then we will just have to wait....all hail Armenia.....
