Dreamin'....Was
....I'd just drifted off to sleep, wasn't a hassle, just drifted off...toss and turned a bit, but no more than usual, then there she was, a babe from Heaven, sexy, sultry....aaaaw she was a goddess, she started to dance, you know those dances in your dreams, they seem to be specially choreographed to your every need....then things started changing, subtle like....a bit of darkness there, a bit here, a subconscious shaking of the head into the pillow.....then Bam all of a sudden a huge brick wall reared up behind her, definitely now there's tossing and turning in the bed, I can feel the darkness coming, but where do you run to,in a dream, you can run till your legs fall off, and still that wall will confront you when you turn....then I could hear chanting, warlike chanting, my dancing girl looks as frightened as I do, although wait, she is changing too, no more that special dance for me, its getting sultry, dangerous....then I hear the bricks, dropping one by one, I'm running even harder now, but still I turn and there she is, my dancing girl and my slowly crumbling wall, where the very warlike chants seem to be emanating from.......they start to emerge from the sides, orc like creatures, funny that I only just finished Lord of the Rings, the book, not funny now though, these buggers look like they'll snap me in two given half the chance....I turn, I try and add a extra burst of speed, when .."CRAAAAACKKK"...all hell has broken loose, I gingerly turn, and there he perches, the biggest nastiest troll I have ever seen, my dancing girl has a bloody automatic weapon in her hands, he is leering at me, sizing me up, man I am poohing myself with fear, you know fear in a dream can be terrible, the...then he leaps....straight for me.....I can't....
