You are comparing apples to oranges. My screenshots show how one can customize their desktop using Stardock Products. Your link is to a Windowblind (just one element of my Screenshot).
ALL of the elements of my Screenshot (above) are DOWNLOADABLE.
Comparing apples to apples, the Windowblind used in the above Screenshot is called "Sabertooth", and is packaged with Windowblinds. Almost all of the Windowblinds used in my Screenshots are downloadable for free.

For you to dismiss summarily this Screenshot (my work) with the snide comment of "forget this one" is uncalled for and rude. If you want to draw attention to someone else's work by posting a link that is fine, but it does not have to be coupled with that kind of comment.
If I can help you find any of the elements in any of my Screenshots (so you can download them) just let me know.
