It's in the folder. You may just have to open sysmetrix config, go to Theme settings tab, and just select it again. Not sure why it's doing that. I've had that problem with some that I've downloaded before. It works fine for me.

No, I just saved the downloaded folder to the regular sub folder location. I have since tried changing PNG to BMP in both the ini and image and that didn't work. Then I tried changing background name on ini and image to match the folder name and that didn't work. Then I deleted the mess I created and reinstalled the clean folder. Then installed latest Sysmetrix and still no joy. I have about 30 skins, including the latest GT3, ArtWork etc and this is the only one with such a problem. I'm sure I'll get it, and appreciate your quick interest.

Well, first thing, the actual background file is just a black box bitmap in the folder. The body of the Sysmetrix is a png placed on top of that. Just try what I suggested in comment 3. I'll try to figure out the problem, and if I do, I'll update. Sorry for the trouble.

Very nice skin.
Just a suggestion....if you use the "Export Theme" button on the bottom right of the Theme Browser page of the configuration it'll package everything up into an .smx file for you. They install with just a dbl click so you avoid any user errors.
