Its really something, at first when i seen it that thing in middle looked like one of those dinosaur birds. Which made me think the blue was its wings.

This actually reminds me of that soft, fabric, that is sheer, you see it used on a little of faerie figurine type things, they use it for the wings. I forget what it's called.
But, I also see what Voodoo's talking about, the flying dinosaur right in the center.
