I like the motive very much. Those silhouettes are rather striking. There's probably a reference I don't get but who cares 
There seems to be a disconnection between the main motive and the bottom bar. Even though the colors are similar somehow they appear quite different (must be the saturation difference). Not that is it a problem.
The bar makes for great icon space.
