I must agree with c242 and Yrgal.
Loading a wallpaper image thru a Winamp skin maker hardly counts as a skin, much less when the result does little justice to such great skin/theme.
And as Yrgal mentioned, permission must be granted by the author (Mormegil) for the use of the image/s and included in the file.
