Congratulations on updating these two great skins, cell and Cell2 ! I downloaded them from DeviantArt something like 10 years ago, but in those days, they were loaded with bugs, although they received DD's (Daily Deviations). I counted 2 major bugs on Cell and 3 major bugs on Cell2, which proves that the guys who give the DD's likely look at the skins like they'd look at a painting, but don't actually use the skins !
Anyway, now Cell is perfect (see my comment about Cell) and Cell2 has hugely improved, but there are still 2 points which bother me :
-- I. The EQ is about 2 millimeters shorter than the main window, which would be okay if it placed itself centered under the main window (see image, that's how it should be) when placed under the main window However, that's not what happens: the EQ moves totally to the left or to the right, leaving an unaesthetic gap of about 2 millimeters to its left or to its right. I found a solution: I place the RQ to the right of the main window, where it fits perfectly, making the skin look like an AIMP skin !!
-- 2. I think the AVS window and the Playlist Editor should be resizable more in width. They have, in their smallest size, the same width as the main window, which I think isn't correct because in a skin, the main window should be given "priority", it's the most attractive and glamourous part of the skin..
Anyway, you did a great job on this skin, the color themes are much more "visible" and attractive, ths skin can be renamed, etc... etc...it is NOW that it should get a DD ! I really love this skin now ! I rate it 4.95 stars !!

Thank you, Arundelblue, for the review and the stars. 
To get a symmetrically alligned Equalizer as seen in the preview, click on the button with the down-pointing triangle between the Stop button and the Play/Pause button to pull out the Equalizer drawer. I will add this tip to the description when I release the next update.
As for the smallest sizes of the AVS and PE, it is the decision of the original author and I do not want to change it. I am only updating these skins, not designing them.
