You have to zip up the .tga file and the respective texture which is by default located in Documents > Public Documents > Stardock > WindowBlinds > Textures. Then just simply rename the .zip file to .wba !! The .wba file when double clicked will install the texture. Now when you open up WindowBlinds, under Textures ... you can see your texture that you created and you can apply it to any of the installed WindowBlinds themes, it's not supposed to be uploaded as a part of a windowblind that you are using !!

Thanks - tried that, but when I double clicked it it told me that it was missing a .uis file? What is a .uis file?

Ummm... this is going to sound awfully dumb... I've been using windowblinds for years though I've never been game enough to try making one... However I have made quite a few windowblind textures that I'd like to upload... only I don't know how to go about it. What do I do? Do I just upload the .tga file on its own, or is it supposed to be uploaded as part of a windowblind that I'm using? Any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated...
