your skin looks awsome great work. i too would like to make skins can you point me to any programs that I would need to start on my way. I cant find any WMP skinning programs.

All I can say is find an inspiration and put it to form.
Try Adobe's Photoshop or Jasc's Paint Shop Pro for yourself and see what happens.
Learning the XML and to putting the skin together might take some time but its easy once you get the hang of it:)

grrr... this is complicated to change the picture, i have adobe photo deluxe and am having a very hard time, but i wanna change picture can anyone help?
