OMG !!! I finally got one! 
I am so happy! Thanks Karen and Cindi! I'm literally smiling ear to ear here. I just had a feeling about this one! I really need to email Lady Aqua and thank her for making the PSP tubes; I think it was her picture frames that really did it. I'll upload that Rainy I made if anybody wants it. It's another to add to the girly things and it's better than my first Rainies. LOL. Me so happy about this! Thanks, WC!

~Angel, did you know on AOL there are tons of Graphic Email Clubs you can join ? Just be prepared for 100 to 200 emails a day. You can belong to a general group that sends everything from masks to frames, tubes, fonts, and all types of walls and small tag animations. Some groups offer Tutorials on how to do layered graphics in psp , to just adding names in glitter fonts. There are similar " Yahoo " groups but they usually make you go to their website as opposed to direct mailings.
I get so many tubes etc , I have to delete 50% of mail a day..

Thank you soooooooo much everybody! Sure, Smokey. Who IS the author of that wall anyway? I'd love whatever you have and yes I wish I could be a part of an email group that sends tags and tubes, etc., but I would get so addicted I'd never leave PSP... lol. I'll get that Rainy up tomorrow hopefully. Thanks for all the nice comments.
