You must download the icons and the wallpaper from the links I have in my "Description:". Are not included with the skin you have download. Nothing to do with your German version of Windows

I find it's a gret skin, somehow poor compared to others. Can't it be updated and enrichened with more stuff?

FYI - I am getting black text on black background in various title bars, start menu, etc.
