Well, as promised, I'm back to comment further. I've been using this skin for a week now. The only two concerns I have are:
1-Some of the text on the buttons and menues is difficult to see (dark on dark), and 2-where the shutdown/please wait dialog flag should be there is magic pink showing. Just a suggestion... If you dont want to use the shutdown flag,I have found it much better to reduce it to a 1x1 pixel image that blends in rather than use magic pink on the entire un-sized graphic. Other than these two concerns, I think the skin is great! Thank you for making and sharing.

It´s a great skin, and of course - great work.
Have just a small prob.
The titel bar of shut down flag is a bit to small for german language.
How can I fix or can anybody update?? Would be happy !!

Nice Skin. When clicking the start menu, the box that pops up showing the programs. At the top of it, the name is really off center. There is the place where the name should go but it's to the left of it. Any chance fixing that?
