"OpenOffice.org is the open source project through which Sun Microsystems is releasing the technology for the popular StarOffice productivity suite. It is an international office suite that will run on all major platforms and provide access to all functionality and data through open-component based APIs and an XML-based file format. It establishes the necessary facilities to make this open source technology available to the developer community."

I need to upgrade to the newest. I am a HUGE fan of openoffice, personally...so I'll be excited to see this.
Again, thanks for the tip.

But...there is something I cannot figure out how to do. Lets see if I can explain it to where you guys would understand.
In Word, if you number, but don't want to indent your numbers, you can. But how do I do this in OpenOffice?
I want the numbers to look like this:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
Not like this:
(hmm....the numbers did not indent....they are supposed to be 3 spaces to the right)
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
Anyone know how to do this? I know in Word, when it indents the numbers, all I have to do is backspace to the text, and the number goes to the far left. But when I do that in OpenOffice, the number simply disappears. Anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
Chris
