Futurist Yellow Icon Set
Very nice. It even has a cursor set included with the icons.
But lets not forget the new stuff that had been coming out from Hippy like:
- Omnius for WindowBlinds from the GUI Olympics
- Hellfire for WindowBlinds
- Anamania for WindowBlinds
Then there is Skintendo; a WindowBlinds skin. A skin that you just have to see for yourself. Not only that, it has all of these nice wallpapers made by Hippy that just go great with the WindowBlinds skin. Hippy has, actually, a few wallpapers that goes with his skins for WindowBlinds.
Hey, don't forget that Hippy is also one of those guys at Skinplant.com. He joined up with MikeB314 (the other Skinplant guy). They got some skins you might want to take a look at on the site to... EXCLUSIVE!!!!
So enjoy Hippy's wonderful user site. He might blog there once in a while, or upload a skin... maybe an update to on of the oldies...hmmmmm??? (Hidden request for a new update for a WindowBlinds skin... any one will do... as long as its old school ).
This story wasn't supposed to be this long and actually is longer. At the link you can read more about Skintendo and some nice matching cartoon/anime wallpapers to go with it.
Until the next WinCustomize User Page Focus, I'm joeknowledge/joetheblow

I say that to mean that its not a praise thread, its one of many articles focusing on user pages on Wincustomize.
One on the way is on SS Goku and he might not be considered by some as a 'skinner' but he has some very nice screenshot and has added to the community of skinning everywhere... and he has a user page...
Others are Xav, essorant, Snowman, Netbadger, IR Brainiac...
Just look here:
https://www.wincustomize.com/siteindex.aspx
If you have one, and done something (those guys who do something go first) or maybe even not have done anything (I'll mix them in there somewhere), or maybe done a little, you just might get a spotlight on your user page.

I remember the time back in the old Skinz.org days when skinning were still young, even then were his skins innovative and creative, which a lot of todays artists could learn something from!!
(admin hat off)
And to Steve: I dont think you should "blame" others for having a big ego, you disrespectfull twit.
If anyone deserves to be 'praised' is sure as heck is Mark!

To Steve, my better judgement is telling me not to even address you, but I can't help it. I hereby deem you "fly", a pestering insect just waiting to be flicked. Congratulations!

The concept of Hilighting various selected contributors to the Wincustomize.com community is a good one.
Mark is a particularly suitable 'target', having been around long before the advent of WC....as 'skinning' as an entity existed long before Wincustomize.com but not all thal long before Hippy...
Those who find this lauding somehow unsuitable should re-evaluate their motivations and goals.

Steve Grenier:Some people start at the bottom and work their way up - you have started at the bottom and are working your way down.

I still stand by what I first said. I think this is a dumb idea for a thread and if people want to get noticed more, make something new, not a thread about yourself. In addition I never said I didn't like Hippy's skins. He is talented no doubt, but this is a dumb thread.

Hippy is a leader, an artist and a friend. I enjoy hearing about him and adding to the words of praise.

I love Hippy's work but it have never found a home for long on my desktop. Most of it's a little flashy for me. However without People such a him innovating and bringing the game up to the next level everyones desktop would be like mine gray and stale......
As far as insignifigant punks intruding on a thread that they don't belong in, just ignore them. I understand what JoeK is trying to do and it's an excellent idea!

I didn't create the thread. But thank you for the insult.
