I should have mentioned that if you want the Apple Menu (AM) substyles to look properly, use Small Icons in your start menu instead of Large. I will be coming out with an article soon that will help clarify everything.

ok, first I must say, that it seems as though this skin has been make a million times, by a million different people. With that said, I think this is the best it's been done.

For those that cannot wait, the Weather (bottom left), and Clock (bottom right) are Konfabulator widgets. The Album Info and Icons are AveDesk.

I too like this, especially the choice of substyles, but for some reason your 'new-small' menu seems to be offscreen to the left when I have it applied, which causes one half of the startmenu icons to be off screen..

I love the look of this skin, but I'm one of those "old" Windows users that needs his buttons on the right side...did you realize in your "right" substyles the mininmize and maximize buttons are reversed from Windows conventional locations? Should be (from left to right) min, max, close, and yours are max, min, close. It screwed me up enough in the 15 minutes I tried to use your skin that I sadly had to abandon it. I'd go back in a heartbeat if those buttons were in the "right" places
