If you couldn't get this to work with Stardock by downloading and clicking, follow these instructions:
Open Stardock(yes the program)
Download: https://www.stardock.com/products/bootskin/
Download this(or any) skin
Rather than double-clicking, go to Start>all programs> Stardock > Object Desktop > Bootskin Vista
Once the program loads, open it up, and hit "Add new bootskin"
Find the download in whatever folder you saved it in, and double-click it, or click once then hit open.
Hit Apply, you're done.
