When in the BootSkin program. Click File -> Export Boot Screen (or similar).
Upload the file that is created.
BTW: The background image has to be a 16 color BMP.

Load up BootSkin, then hit File > Import from file.. then go to the file you saved it to and click it and it will load in seconds. I just got BootSkin and I know how to do it....
