Think i get an explanation about the trouble i had installing you G-Pod red ...
So as i got trouble i uninstall V1.03 (total uninstall) then reinstall previous version ... Damned the trouble was still there
The error message is "There was an error importing the skin file. Possible causes are a corrupt skin file, or a read-only skin directory" ... As i d the installation files and re-download them (the whole 4) and i still get the same error, i wonder if the trouble doesn't come because of the thumbs.db which is "HSA" in the zip file ???

After I read your post last night I downloaded and installed the bootskins to my girl's machine (she has the updated version of BootSkin) the skins worked fine. Now my question is Are you having this problem with the G-Pod skins only or with other skins too?

Yep I HAD the problem only with the G-Pod ones (well i did'nt try a hundred LoL). For example i just installed the cardinal ones (which have no thumbs.db in) and i did'nt get problem.
Anyway i just saw a version 1.04 of bootskin was out. I installed it and it works fine EVEN with your G-Pod's
