To show the progress bar you must do this:
Start the bootskin programm.
Start the preview of the screen and make a screenshot from it.
Cut and paste what normally is the bootskin.
Resize it to 640x480 and save it as .jpg

Really hot! Too bad there's no way (that I've heard of) to cycle through a bunch of similar images. You know, animate the boot screen a bit to make the flames appear alive!
And might I suggest blue, or green flames perhaps?

Hahaha... thanks macrobaye, I actually made this a long time ago since it's also one of my favourite images but I thought I'd share it with everyone and in no way intended it as a way to accumulate downloads. 
jmicahg, yeah... I get what you're saying but it's not possible at all as far as I know. As for the blue and/or green flames, I may have to get back to macrobaye on this and see what he thinks.
