I wasn't abusing the rating system, when I first downloaded it and used it, the rating was a 6, and becuase of all the controversy, I didn't want to be the person to skyrocket it past that, 7 seemed like a better choice.

DWatson, dont worry, it wasnt you the one that gave it a low rating.
The '6' rating you saw is the default rating set for authors whose work by-passes moderation, the '6' will be replace by the first real rating granted to the work. In this case you gave the work a '7' (which is a fair score) but another user gave it a '1'
Ratings should be based on performance, style, originality and/or details of the skin regardless of previous ratings

Ahh I see, I just naturally assumed that you meant me and wanted to clarify, I too hate when users intentionally 'flame' the ratings. I will be looking forward to your next releases.
